Jin Jun Mei is a branch of Wuyishan black tea Zhengshan Xiaozhong. It is improved from the traditional Zhengshan Xiaozhong process and made of pure bud tips. It is the representative of Fujian's high-end black tea and one of the most expensive varieties of Chinese black tea.
Features of Jin Jun Mei:
Raw materials: Wild tea tree bud tips in Wuyishan Tongmuguan Nature Reserve.
Process: Made through withering, shaking, fermentation, rolling and other processes.
Appearance: Small and tight, with golden tea hairs, shaped like eyebrows.
Soup color: Golden and translucent.
Aroma: Floral and fruity, with honey aroma.
Taste: Sweet and mellow, with a lasting aftertaste.
Jin Jun Mei brewing:
Water temperature: It is generally recommended to use 80-90℃ water for brewing.
Brewing method: High brewing, pour boiling water from a high place, let the tea leaves roll in the pot, so that the tea flavor is fully released.
Brewing times: It can be brewed multiple times, and the tea experience after each brewing is different.
